Love this app, I have been practicing mindfulness daily for over 5 years and it's my balance and calm. With this app a whole new world of ways to not only calm but relax ,energise ,balance and feel joy in so many helpful practices and great advice. The timer that I have set encourages and reminds me each day to take my seat and do it and the programme designed for me is fab but I also use all the other options offered. The graph that shows my daily stress level is good to help me work out why it occurs and what practise helped best. Love It and use it daily.

I don’t normally review apps, but I felt the need with this one. I have been looking for ways to relieve stress that is convenient, but also effective. I am a normal joe - I don’t do anything special (Yoga, meditate, ect) in fact, I don’t even work out (due to time restraints). I haven’t spent much time yet with this app, but I have started it and done an exercise - and already feel stress lifted!
